My favorite local laundry mat, Aaron is super helpful and will make sure you get your laundry done at a reasonable time and price, super friendly staff as well! Highly recommended if in the crescent hill area in Louisville!

Owner is there regularly. Is courteous and professional. She interacts with the customers and helps out when needed. If you have any issues at all she goes out of her way to make it right

I have never written a review for anything, but I had to this time. I was very hesitant on a drop off service laundry place, but I was far too busy to do it myself one weekend and it needed to be done! I took it in on a Sunday morning. I asked when it would be done and they estimated around the following morning. It ended up being done at 6:30 that night, which made me happy! They called me and told me I didn't have to pick it up right then since it was later, which was nice. When I did go pick it up I was very pleased with how nice everything was folded and hung up. Everything was in tight bags so they didn't unfold on the drive home. They even matched the socks, which I don't even do myself haha! Great service!

Drop off service review: I've used this place twice and highly suggest it to anyone that like clean clothes but hates laundering them. The drop off process is easy; they weigh it, take your contact info, and you're out the door. They wash your laundry, clean your bag, match your socks, and hang your hangables on hangers which hey give to you to take. On top of that, the folks who work there are super nice and will help you carry to your car if it's a big load. MIND BLOWN! Highly recommend.

The nicest people I’ve met always are kind to exchange big bills for smaller ones for their coin machine. Has adequate seating and games to play while you wait. It’s always so clean and smells nice when you come in. I bring my son with me and the employees are nice and play the crane games with him. Such a kind genuine place.

Awesome!! Been a while since I was in there. Love the new machines, got some gaming machines that made it fun! And Cassie was an absolute joy!! Soo worth the price to have a good wash and dry for my HUGE blanket and such a happy environment. Guess now I have no reasons to not wash my blankets anymore!! I love the laundry basket!!!!

Very clean professional atmosphere, the staff including the owner were anxiously eager to help me. I would trust dropping my laundry off here and that says alot I'm very particular about my laindry. i only wish they would pick up and drop off my laundry as I travel just to use this facility. I give 5 stars, would give more if it were possible.. thanks laundry basket Oppie

I don't frequent these types of businesses unless I have to wash large items. Used the 45lb capacity for my 20lb weighted blanket. Price was $6 and took 23 minutes. Was able to dry it to my liking for $0.50. The pricing seems reasonable. The lady running the place was helpful and provided me with insight for the different machines.

Great experience. Had a 3” thick queen sized comforter to wash. Their huge 45 Lb machine did it perfect. Very clean machines and the whole laundromat was well kept and clean. Heather was very helpful and friendly getting me set up. Highly recommend.

Amazing place! Yes the washers are slightly more than the ran down old beat up places your going to find around town. Buuut everything here is new! AND THE DRYERS ARE FREE!! the attendant is awesome and so nice. And gave me candy. Lol yea I know what they say about accepting candy from strangers. But it was the watermelon candy the little old ladies have. I had to!! 10/10 all around. Hygienic and friendly as well as Big machines.!
